All orders for Crystal Infinity are placed via the online shop. Once an order is placed your items are reserved while payment is taken via PayPal or Shopify, these are secure and safe, third party payment systems. Once payment is received by Crystal Infinity your order will be packed and shipped within 2-4 days.

Crystal Infinity is based in Camden, outside of Sydney, in NSW Australia. We post only to Australia and overseas.

You do not need to create an account to purchase items.
Why do we use PayPal?

PayPal is a third party payment system that allows you the customer to make secure internet payments and us the vendor to collect money easily and without problems. Loss or Damages
Occasionally parcels get lost or damaged in the mail, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately providing images of the damaged item and we will provide a replacement or offer a refund after reviewing the situation.
If your order has been lost during transit and it is covered by the appropriate insurance, we can make a claim on your behalf for a reimbursement of the cost of your order through Australia Post. Please Note: This process and reimbursement can take some time.
Send us an email detailing why it is you would like to exchange and or return your goods. You were drawn or chose your crystal or product for a reason, give it some time to settle into its new home and if you’re still unsure then contact us and we shall go from there.
All details provided by the customer to Crystal Infinity will only be used to contact you in relation to the order you have made. Crystal Infinity does not sell or pass on any of its customer details to any other organisations or third parties. Your email may be retained and used by Crystal Infinity to notify customers of new stock arrivals and specials. If you do not wish to be contacted via email, please let us know and we can delete you from our email list.
